We do. It has been great for finding local opinions on various service providers. I found my Garage Door Repair Guy (thanks Mike!) and Carpet Cleaner (thanks Robert!) through here based on past discussions.

It's true that the messages typically are kind of old, and in some cases, the service providers may have retired, but the local opinions, especially local to the builder for this area, have been very helpful.

Thanks for posting who you went with. I assume, since you didn't say otherwise, that you were happy with the service and price? Mind sharing the details of the job and how much it cost?

We'll likely need some windows replaced in the near future and the details would be helpful.

Well, I wouldn't comment till my windows are built & installed .... as I said, we'll see.
I liked several aspects of vinylbilt, and pouring over them at Halton Windows in Georgetown ...good reviews for both installer & product ... and pricing was attractive. If you budget $1000 to $1200 per window brick to brick, I expect you wont be hugely off.
