It's The Brick and Best Buy I think. Someone posted this in a previous thread.

seems to be a lot of development going on.
Anyone know what's being built:
- behind the superstore plaza
- in the Indigo plaza (the NEW construction in that plaza)
- in the Derry & Bronte plaza (besides Shoppers and Starbucks)

Hi daitenshi

The area beside the Supercentre behind the former Below 10 store is a gas station according to the building permits highlights for Loblaws.

Check the First Gulf web site for more announcements on their Phase 2 area besides Indigo and the fashion stores they recently received approval for a 7000 square foot addition to the complex which will eventually have seven buildings on the site.

Regarding the Bronte and Derry First Capital property check their web site for more announcements. Besides Shoppers and Starbucks there is also Tim Hortons on the west side of the Shoppers Drug Mart building, a CIBC branch and other smaller retail and offices. There is two other office buildings going up next to the Lumberville store including a Montessori school.

Check www.milton.ca under economic development for more updates on commercial and employment area news.

Not sure if I missed something, but can anyone confirm the Starbucks? I didn't see it on the sitemap.
It would be great to have one in walking distance!!

Well the Pho mi by Jane and Wilson is pretty good and a bit different than most Pho places so I think a little competition will be good for them. Might get them to drop their prices a bit or atleast maintain their quality.

I hope it's not a Shell. I support Canadian oil companies. Boykott Shell! Those corporate bastards!
