I go to the one in Streetsville all the time (5 minutes from my office) and have never had any issues or witnessed anything sketchy.

I love the place!

hey Daval,

does the Streetsville one have the Beef Sharma?? the Milton menu lists beef but they don't sell it.

the guy in Milton wasn't making any sense when he was explaining it to me.

With all this Pita talk, I'm going to drive over right now and order a few.

justagirl - you're completely right re: family members and the 'back home' mentality. I see it at all the Pita Nutso's I have been to.

I still drool in line for a pita though!!

;)

It seems that this will be another Canadian business that has no idea what customer service is all about.
Why can't people realize that no one is going frequent a business where the owner is unpleasant.
There are choices, not like its only place to eat for miles around.
Why spend money on a franchise you don't plan to run correctly.
Some courses on customer service are greatly needed here.
Well Nutsy or Nutsto whatever will be scratched off our list of establishments.
And I am sure allot of people will be reading these statements from customers and Nutso will disappear and something more welcoming will fill the space - hopefully.

LOL..seriously?! The place has been open for a week. Give me a break.

I agree prickly,

These guys are funny and very social.

People need to relax and get used to their humour or else...

NO PITA FOR YOU

I went there on Tuesday in the evening (6pmish), I took some pics actually but haven't had time to transfer them off my cell.

But the 3 guys working there that night seemed fairly friendly. They were joking with one-another. Calling each other "Boss" as well as their customers. So when I went, all I could see is they all seemed to be fairly friendly with each other and customers.

Same plaza yes, but more closer to the Shoppers drug mart than the new wild wing.

I had the chicken shawarma plate yesterday....can't say I was very impressed with it. The guys behind the counter were fine, but the food was bland and the chicken was very fatty. Not very authentic tasting.

Maybe it was bad luck, but it came across as kind of like the Taco Bell of Mediterranean food.

We were there Wednesday evening.. ordered chicken shwarmas and used our coupon! Service was slow... the guys behind the counter were somewhat friendly and joking around... food was okay... I had to use a lot of garlic and hot sauce to enjoy it better...

Pita Nutsy in Streetsville was the best shwarma I've ever had...

I've been to the Milton Pita Nutso 3 times now. I have to say so far the service has been good. The opposite of the advertising hype (i.e. the mean pita guy). I also like the food.

One thing I have to say, I always find it strange when the first post from a new user is a negative review on a person, place or business.

Based on my experiences so far with Pita Nutso, I hope they remain in business for a long time. They seem to have turned things around and the staff are always joking around and friendly. The food to me seems fresh but that's just my opinion. At least when I order that 3 meat thingy (I forget the name) they make it right in front of me. I like the place.

I love how everyone in Milton recommends restaurants everywhere but in Milton.

FYI: I love borsch from a few resturants in Moscow, but I am sure the heck not going to Moscow when I have a borsch craving.
