Hi Amethyst and other posters

I received an email from the Regional CAO yesterday informing councillors that the BUILD report consisting of representatives of the building industry including Mattamy will not have their report and recommendations ready and have asked for a deferal of the item (see attached agenda)

Staff have agreed and will be placing the report and any recommendations on the Wednesday November 12th Administration and Fianance committee at 1.30 pm in the Regional building on Bronte road and QEW.

So if you were planning on attending the September 30th meeting there is nothing on the agenda regarding this item and everything related to these Development Charges will be presented and debated on November 12th.

Mayor Krantz is the town's representative on this committee and if you have any questions or concerns regarding this report please let him know at gord.krantz@milton.ca.

My apologies, yes it is on Thursday Novemeber 12. Most A&F meetings are on Wednesdays.

Will be posting more information when it becomes available.

I believe it is Nov 12, at 1:30 at 1151 Bronte Road, Oakville. I will be attending as well.
