By the way, they take over the furnace warranty as well?

Thanks.

I called Craig last Monday and was lucky enough to have them come on the following Wednesday to install a central A/C unit as a previous appointment had just cancelled.

Although it rained on Wednesday, they came back early the next morning to finish the job. They were very professional and did an amazing job. Hats off to Craig and crew at Four Season Comfort!

I just had an AC installed by the Four Seasons team. I had an AC that was installed by the previous owner but it was driving me crazy, it was so loud. I decided when I was in Utah visiting family that I needed to have a new one installed. I contacted him late one evening and got a reply back quickly via email the next morning. I set up scheduled and confirmed everything via email while I was on vacation in Utah. I was so impressed with his follow up and professional manner.

The team came this afternoon to install everything, they were wonderful and explained everything to me. I could not be happier about my purchase.

Thank you Craig!

After having two other companies out to diagnose our a/c problem with no success, Craig sent one of his repair guys over last night.

After a thorough inspection, he discovered that a small but vital part is not working properly and must be replaced.

So, eventhough we took a detour before finding Craig and his team, we are sure glad that we found them in the end. Four Season Comfort is who we will call whenever we have a heating or air conditioning issue.

Thank you again Craig (and Irek)

Over the past week we have preventable service calls for not cooling.
We would like to remind the HV residences to remember to check your furnace filter on a regular basis. This is especially important for newly occupied homes as alot of debris from the ducts will clog your filter.
A clogged filter will result in a restriction of return air flow causing your A coil to freeze up resulting in ineffective cooling.

We value your business!

Kind Regards,

Craig Newhouse

We had Craig and his team install our air conditioning last year - great price for the quality and service!! Installation was quick and clean. This year my mother-in-law needed to install one quickly b/c someone staying with her for the summer has bad asthma, I recommended Craig. He is great and due to the situation will be installing one asap. Craig I cannot say enough great things about your customer service!!

Regards,
Christine

Just wanted to point out how kind it was of Craig to help out someone who got ignored once they paid the bill with another company.

That was quick. Very kind indeed. Karma on its way for this company! I just contacted Craig myself after reading this thread.

I must be one of the few who had a very mediocre experience with Four Seasons. But I think it's my own fault. I read this thread and my expectations were probably a bit too high. Or maybe I should have posted on here before calling Craig. Oh well...

Well, my husband kept calling him Richard. lol. That could be why we got stood up on that hot steamy day. You're right... it is just like a blind date.

Sorry to hear your experience was only mediocre dealing with our company. We strive to exceed the expectations of all of our customers.
During this heat wave we have been exceptionally busy servicing our clients that we have sold and installed AC's for. In situations like yours where the AC was installed by another company we do try to meet those commitments but have to react to our clients who have purchased units from us first.

Best Regards,

Craig

No worries. We actually did not expect special treatment or anything. But after enduring two hot and humid nights while pregnant and being woken up by two sweating toddlers in the middle of the night, if someone says they'll be there this evening, my hopes really jumped up. And when someone doesn't show up and doesn't call, waiting for them all afternoon and evening in my unbearable house really sucked. My husband did get an email answer the next day that you were three days behind. Wish we had known that the day before, kwim? I'm sure you tried your best. Stuff happens.
But, it's all good. My house is cool now and I can comfortably go on being overtired and nauseous. :)

ps. I'm really sorry if my husband called you Richard. He's been overworked lately.

Sorry for this, I do remember the service call now, I believe it was for a Carrier AC. This was totally my fault, I should not of committed to be there when we were so busy and should of called to notify you otherwise. It has been so difficult to keep up with this recent heat wave!
Your next service call will be no charge for this.

Best Regards,

Craig

If you've made it this far in the thread and are still debating if you should use Craig ....... stop thinking about it and pickup your phone and call him.

When I first purchased my first new home last year I came across this site and absorbed all the info like a sponge. Part of my research was what should I do about AC, how big a unit do I need, what's involved and the costs. I started to notice that this guy from Four Season Comfort was getting rave reviews .... and they just kept coming. I figured wow, this guy must provide a great service.

So as I got closer to my close date .. ahem close meaning March with a close in August ... I thought I would reach out to him. I couldn't get over how quickly he got back to me. Extremely prompt and friendly on the phone. I work a field sales role, and pick up on these things. Rather than trying to get me off the phone, because I didn't have an immediate sale and suggesting it was maybe 12 months out, Craig took the consultative approach and answered my questions. He even advised that one thing I wanted to do right away didn't need to be done until next spring.

Present - So here comes a few days before my close, and MAN what a hot summer we have had. I initially thought I would stretch out the AC until next year but then my brain kicked in. I called Craig to confirm what I would need and the cost. We discussed the pros/cons of different models and he helped me decide what to get. The installation would have been at least 3+ weeks away (that's what you get ordering last week of July), but he had an appt rescheduled and an opening on my CLOSING day. I advised a relative would be at the house while I was moving from my old place, and they showed up on time and did an excellent job!

I can't speak highly enough of Craig. With all the positive reviews he has received on here, and his proactive nature on the board - risky becasue it leaves him open - you can tell he has pride in his business and customers. If he had a bad business he wouldn't be active here .... like some other cocky guys. It really speaks to the passion he has for his business, personal success, and satisfaction his customers receive. What other companies can you think of that the owner personally calls and emails you to make sure everything is ok??? My only disappointment was I wasn't able to meet Craig in person.

Thanks again Craig!
