Hi everyone,

Based on the feeback on this website, I called Craig and had a new A/C installed last Saturday on Whewell. Great customer service. A very satisfied customer. I as well highly recommend Craig.

If anyone has any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you.

As with everyone else's feedbacks, Craig did a great job installing our A/C in Aug. I was debating whether or not to wait for next summer for an install but I'm glad I didn't and Craig's crew did a super job in a minimum amount of time.

On last Sunday, I had my AC installed by guys sent by Craig. I have to say they provided much better customer service than I expected. Definitely will recommend Craig to my friends or anyone.

Thank you for your business Bruce, it is greatly appreciated. Thank you to the Milton Community for making the 2012 AC group buy a success!

Please don't forget to remove your AC cover prior to starting your AC this year.

Based on the feeback and past installation on Dymott , I called Craig and had new A/C installed last week on Leiterman drive. Great customer service. A very satisfied customer. I highly recommend Craig. I called a night before and he installed it very next day. Great speed. His tech Freddy(hope i spell correct) is equally good. Craig even came and inspected his technician work next day . I am really impressed.

I will definately go with him and recommend my friend.. Keep it up Craig.

Gentle reminder,

Unfortunately we had a client forget to remove the winter cover prior to the start up of your AC.

Please remember to remove your winter cover before starting your AC as it can cause serious damage including complete failure.

Best Regards,

Craig Newhouse

We interviewed three hvac companies.
Craig was the best on price, quality of equipment
(American Standard) and installation. I had an American Standard furnace installed at another house I own so I knew it was good quality at a good price. Craig's team came on time, was very respective of our house and disposed of
the old air conditioner and furnace neatly and without fuss.
Received our rebates from the government. The equipment has been operating without one issue. The American Standard equipment is eerily quiet. I have an office right next to the furnace and noticed everytime the old furnace switched on but the new one is much quieter. Well done Craig and your team.

Thank you for the kind words, it is our pleasure to be of service. You business is appreciated!

A bump for Craig. We had our A/C and humidifier installed last weekend. This was the second time Craig and his team provided
excellent customer service and product. Craig is a pleasure to deal with, always responding to my calls and emails promptly during the entire process. Not only him but his entire crew are very nice people too.
I belong to Group Buy and installation date was set long time ago but due to some perosnal reason I have to change the date and Craig was vey accomodating with date and installed our A/C on the provided date.

I highly recommend them!

Over the weekend the Air conditioning part that's inside our furnace seemed to be leaking water around the seams (I may be describing it wrong). We were really worried as it was a very steady drip/small flow of water coming out and we weren't sure why or if our A/C unit was in danger of conking out.

Four Season comfort was able to dispatch someone to take a look at it within the same business day. Something I was really surprised with since it's so hot & humid outside I know they must be getting many service calls. The person they sent over was courteous and professional. He quickly found the problem (those tubing things that take the water from the pan in the duct to the main drain were plugged with some stuff) and fixed it. He also then did a quick inspection of other items both inside and outside the home. Pointed out our A/C unit outside the metal venting/grate things were clogged with dust (we had never cleaned it, didn't realize were were supposed to) and showed us how to simply clean it up with a hose and advised us to periodically maintain/clean it. He also answered a few other questions I had. We were really impressed by his friendly manner, professionalism and how detailed he was.

We would be pleased to set up another group buy for the 2013 cooling season. Just let me know who is interested and we can start a posting under group buy.

Just send you a request via website as well. Are you organizing any group buy for HVOP4, HVE7 and other phases in same community for spring/ summer of 2013 installation?

Happy New Year to all,

Four Season Comfort will have an AC group buy in 2013 for the Hawthorne Village residents. We should have the details of the program available by the end of January.
