Hi Kelly,

Those homes are the Wellington (left) and the Stanbury. They have built/are building many of these models, but no longer offer them.

I believe that the Wellington has been sold, and the Stanbury is currently being offered for sale.

How much did those Green homes go for?????

Did Mattamy keep all the cool technology in them?

I know the house on the East side had geothermal heating and/or cooling systems That is one expensive item to have in your home!!!!!
