Can anyone comment on the 401 commute to Guelph (Hwy 6 north)?
I have been transferred to our Guelph branch starting Monday. What should I expect in volume delays? It's 30 minutes in off peak hours so I will be entering the hwy around 8AM.
Appears I should expect some serious delays in the summer due to road repairs. Is the westbound pothole project finished now?

Thanks,
I am going to Kortwright and Hwy 6 which i believe is one intersection south of Stone Rd, so the information was very helpful.
I will check some back roads as time permits.

I used to go to U of Guelph too, and if Guelph's property and taxes weren't so expensive, I'd certainly want to live there because I had a great time living there as a student. That said, if you're going around that area, it should take you about an hour or a bit less if you are travelling at reasonable speeds.

Whoohoo... U of Goo...!

My wife and I went there too. She now commutes to the north end of Guelph where she works, approx. 50km drive from Milton, and it takes 45 min when she leaves at 8am in the morning.

Yikes, that's high... who was your builder? We were looking at Reid Homes not that long ago [as an investment] and found that prices were very reasonable in Guelph; and Reid homes is one of the pricier builders there as well!

Guelph is still pretty undervalued, along with Cambridge and Hamilton IMO.
