we are in HV ph14a and we haven't got our bins yet i know they didn't finish all of milton last week..

I posed the same question last week to Mattamy Customer service. Here was their response:

March 20, 2008.
"The Region of Halton will not start curb side garbage pickup and recycling pickup until the community is 90% completed. Until this time, you are welcome to dispose of your garbage in any of the construction bins that you see around the site. For your recycling items, you are welcome to bring them directly to a recycling depot as we unfortunately do not have recycling services available at this time."

At what point "90% completed" happens I guess is the point up for debate. Would that be 90% of phase 1? Or 90% of HVE?
