I'm returning to work January 2009 from a MLOA but figure I better serach out daycare sooner then later.

Can anyone recommend a good daycare for a 1 year old?

I"m hoping to find one that provides a stimulating enviroment and helps our son learn all the important things (having a routine, healthy eating/meals, developing language skills, interacting and sharing with other children) etc.

I know people have recommended home day cares...but i'm not that keen at just dumping him somewhere where he'll be babysit and not challenged.

I suppose that's the therapist in me :)

I'm guessing we'll have to go on a wait list, hence my search is starting early. Any advice/recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Allison
