I'm getting the 21 SEER superquiet model and got a price that also included the gas line to the back for the BBQ, so it wouldn't be too comparable... best bet is just to give them a call and see how they stack up against other people that are recommended.

$2600, this uses R22 and is a entry level unit.

$2900, this uses the new gas(R410A) and is quieter and slightly more efficient
