They do put the same models on the same street. I live on a street with 4 houses, the 2 corners are Quincy Corners, different elevations. And the 2 houses in the middle are the same house too, but once again different elevations. Although, I must say I am not sure if the different elevations was coincidental or mandated by Mattamy.

drive around the neighbourhoods where there are 50' homes. Count the amount of Wellington's you see with stone/stucco. There are lots.

The rule, as mentioned above is, same elevation, not side by side, and the 2 homes across. I think thats what they told me. BUT, 3 houses down, they can do it again.

the brick and colours might be restricted, but not 100% sure to what extent

When we bought the rule was every third house could be the same elevation.The same for brick, every third house could be the same colour brick.I think it's a town rule as Mattamy and Milton Valley Homes had the same rules in this matter. Not sure if anything has changed in the 4 years since we purchased last.

ITs a builder rule - the houses in behind me are sundial and there are 2 exactly the same colour & style house side by side------- when the ppl from Mattamy came over recently they commented at how Mattamy would never allow that-------it does look pretty horrible...
