They do put the same models on the same street. I live on a street with 4 houses, the 2 corners are Quincy Corners, different elevations. And the 2 houses in the middle are the same house too, but once again different elevations. Although, I must say I am not sure if the different elevations was coincidental or mandated by Mattamy. |

drive around the neighbourhoods where there are 50' homes. Count the amount of Wellington's you see with stone/stucco. There are lots. The rule, as mentioned above is, same elevation, not side by side, and the 2 homes across. I think thats what they told me. BUT, 3 houses down, they can do it again. the brick and colours might be restricted, but not 100% sure to what extent |

When we bought the rule was every third house could be the same elevation. The same for brick, every third house could be the same colour brick.I think it's a town rule as Mattamy and Milton Valley Homes had the same rules in this matter. Not sure if anything has changed in the 4 years since we purchased last. Lisa |

ITs a builder rule - the houses in behind me are sundial and there are 2 exactly the same colour & style house side by side------- when the ppl from Mattamy came over recently they commented at how Mattamy would never allow that-------it does look pretty horrible... |
