Hi Everyone Just wondering if selecting the hardwood stairs as an upgrade and selecting the stains for the stairs if this price include the handrails and pickets or this is a seperate price for the staining of the pickets and rails. Also-does anyone know what Mattamy charge's for the rough in for the pot lights? Thanks |
