My question is that agreement says " This offer shall be irrevocable by the Purchaser until 11:59 pm on the 21st Day of April, 2008" Doesn't this mean that I can cancel the agreement? No, it means the opposite. You are bound by the agreement until the 21st day of April. As long as Mattamy signs the offer by that date this is a firm and binding agreement. That said, it doesn't hurt to speak to the sales office if you are having second thoughts at this point in time as it is fairly easy to undo the deal at this point. Marc |
