There are sidewalks on both the north and south side of Dymott Ave and the east side of Gastle Way according the site elevation plan we got from the design center at our appointment today.

This is what i had seen when I viewed the elevation drawing for our lot/block. We are on the corner of Dymott and Gastle. Our maintreet Detached has a sidewalk infront and on accross the street in front of the mainstreet townhomes. On Gastle we don't have a sidewalk on the side of our lot, it is accross on the other side of gastle.

Keep in mind this is an elevation and drainage drawing by the engineering firm contracted by mattamy. I'm unsure if the city has made this sidewalk layout final or not.

so this means I don't have a side walk?? I'm on Gastle Way ... lot 23. :lol:
