Ok, so we bought from Phase 13, and I think we have one of the last closing dates for this phase....SEPTEMBER 2006....A friend of mine just bought in Phase 14 (which will be on the west side of Thompson) just last weekend, and is closing.....get this.....JUNE 2006!!!.....crazy eh? My Friends closing date tells me that there MAY be even earlier closings for phase 14 because they weren't even the first person who bought in 14.....hmmmmmm

I wonder why this is happening. I think I read somewhere else on HV Website that this was happening through Phase 12-13 and so on.....any comments on why this is the case?????

Good Point Bonnie. I think they bought a 36' or 46' can't remember...Sterling or sutton or something..........but what you say makes sence....it just makes me bonkers...I want to move in BEFORE them....we bought first and already have 6 months under our belt of waiting time!!!! LOL

Where did you buy....what street and when are you closing to be more specific.....Jan 2007? ( I do feel better...I thought we were one of the last if not the last to close of Phase 13)
