What is the right capacity of AC unit for 3855 sft house (Wellington)? We close in Sept and just wanted to do some research before hitting the purchase button. Thanks |

I got a 3.5 ton for my Wellington which will suffice. Call Four Seasons if you like, I got a stellar deal on mine; as did my neighbour. They may have more in inventory. Jeff |
