So we only took possession yesterday, and haven't had the chance to go through the paperwork which we were given, so I throw this out to all of you...

Who do we contact regarding the sidewalk installation and timelines for such work? We were told by our Customer Service Rep that Mattamy plans to do the sod (for our block) in either June or July - so is it safe for us to assume that the sidewalks go in first???

We moved in last may and got our sod relatively quickly - You will get notices of when they will be doing the work a couple weeks before hand - if you call they probably won't know exactly when you will get your sod done - but give you a range - you will get it this summer- Mattamy tries to do it asap - as for the ppl that live behind me (Sundial) they moved in Jan - and there is NO sign of sod, grading etc.......which really sucks for them - Mattamy I must say impressed me by how quicklyit got done.
