Ashniz ... it is on their unpopular lots. It is on select lots, so the ones that they can sell easily aren't on the list :)

They did the same thing couple months ago.

Just called the sales office, it's the same discount as before. The $15000 is only on the selected 50' lots.

please tell me which lots they are.
I so want a mattamy home but just missed being able to get one from the stupid bank.
I was looking for a townhouse with a back yard. Nothing big. The smaller the better. Do you know if those are on sale?

oh wait just re-read the post. It's on the fifty foot lots. Bummer I so want my amsbury home :(
$250 is just too much for a single mom with 2 kids to do.

You should call in the sale office to find out yourself. I know they have $5000 off the Village town homes.
