I have a Mattamy house in phase 12. The porch and balcony pillars are made of wood and falling apart daily. I fought with Mattamy to get them replaced with the vinyl pillars that they started using the next phase but lost. There are now black mold spots and soft spots all over them. Wondering where Mattamy buys the new vinyl ones from. I was hoping to find the same company that I could buy them from because I figured they would match the paint colours we already have. Any idea? If not has anyone seen them at a store? Thanks!

Does anyone have a phone number or contact name for a customer care coordinator? I've had this house for 4 years so have long since thrown out or lost that info. Help!

I am in 15b and they are the supplier for Mattamy. We used them to install a front porch railing to match our pillars.
