Does anyone know if lot 60 on Street G off Savoline Blvd in the Vista has sold
and the lot premium pricing?

Hi justagirl,

Lot 60 was sold quite a while ago. I believe on opening day. I have no idea of what the premium was but I can pretty well guarantee that it was over 50K.

Im sure your right, it probably was around that price point. Nice lot... Once you buy that, you never will move again.
I was just looking on the mattamy web site and noticed the lot. I would like to get onto something like that in the future. You know... no one in your back yard... Always shopping you never know
