I was just in there the other day seems like they are doing the sewer systems first, then i would guess comes roads, power, water, and elctricity before the lots are marked out. But the long stakes that are up not I think are where the road will go so the curbs follow the pegs.

Both are great. I think you mean the earth.google.com one, yes it's a really fun program to use! But the part for Milton is almost a year out-dated. It doesn't have our house on it yet.

we recently bought an albion bay in phase 14. lot 98 - we back onto the union gas line. apparently one day there will be a bike trail back there, but we may have a parking lot behind us for a while...
does anyone else have a lot around there?

as for the prices, ours went up 2K since it was released. these houses are a great investment, were living in a phase 2 Crofside and it went up almost 100K in value since we bought it. great peace of mind for sure.

i'm not 100% sure, but i heard from my husband, who heard from his friend at work that those foundations were for new model homes. i guess we'll watch and see what becomes of them!
