We are in the same boat as we have exact same problem. Any light on this issue would be greatly appreciated. I keep the temperature at 75deg, but still the floors are cold, and the room above the garage is super cold. Regards, -Riaz |

We have the same problem. Were going to end up insulating above the garage with R-40 as well as insulating the garage itself. Look at the home inspection - the insulation is bare minimum and with the rebates from the gov't its hard to resist. Insulating the duct work isnt a bad idea either. |
