I think most cleaning ladies come in to quote the effort and then bill by the hours. I know our 2k sq ft townhouse is a 3 hour job every 2 weeks. In milton it seems more expensive then Guelph, as people there i know have an awesome cleaning lade for only 18$/hr, but here it seems more in the 20-25$ range (to me $100 for 4 hrs seems high)
I think most do minimal tidying to get things out of the way to clean carpets, wash down counters etc.
