I found this ad for residential services, snow removal, lawn maintenance (one a week cutting) and other things as listed below. Flat fee of $100/month for a 12 month contract. Anyone purchase this type of service before? is the price competitive? The service itself would be very convenient. Just want to see how much others are offering this service for.
