when we bought our house (over 5 years now) it depended on the amount of the mortgage you were taking out. It maxed at $1500, but you could be alloted less. No idea if that's still the case though.

We got stainless steel upgrades through mattamy.
Do they have discount pricing for other appliances at the brick?
I heard it was contractor pricing for 1 year.
Do they still do this?
