The main (and really only) issue stopping me from getting VOIP is that I can't transfer my number. My wife does not want another new number as we just got a milton one as we couldnt move it with Bell when we moved in. No VOIP company will transfer milton numbers yet that I've found. |

Been using Vonage since July 2004. So far so good, nothing major. I wouldn't go back to Bell (I need a 416/647 number as some areas from Mississauga that I call to/from would be long distance from a Milton number). Line quality is at 90% compared to landline, which is good enough for me. A whole bunch of free features, a lot of free long distance minutes, etc. |
