We just had Andy do a 1 year inspection, and I have to say ... it was worth every penny. Thanks Andy, for taking the time to explain everything in detail (but not mind numbing technical detail) and explaining what we can expect from Mattamy when how to push back on certain glaring items. If anyone hasn't thought of hiring Andy (or another independent inspector) for their 1 year, I HIGHLY recommend it. Once more, Thanks Andy. |

Just had my 30days inspection done with Andy and I nothing but good thing to say about him. I highly recommend Andy to any who need their PDI, 30days or 1 yrs inspection done. Big thanks to Andy and keep up with the great work! |

My fiance Matt and I also agree. We hired him for our PDI and 30-day inspection so far. Andy was very professional, took his time to explain everything and pointed out numerous things we wouldn't have noticed! We highly recommend him! Thanks Andy!

One of the negatives of only doing a one year inspection is that the problems that are found and then repaired are rarely re-inspected. And, as you know, the problem with only doing a 30 Day inspection is that often conditions can change in the first year. Plus, like in your case, parts of the home - exterior, grading, roof, etc, were not complete at the time of your 30 Day Inspection. Yesterday gave us the opportunity to "review" the issues that were discovered during your 30 Day Inspection and it also gave us the opportunity to re-evaluate the roof, exterior, and attic conditions. As you know, this "One Year Review" cost less money than the initial inspection and I am pleased that you were happy with the service. Have a nice Christmas. We just wanted to say thanks and another thumbs up to Andy. He showed up unexpected to our house the other day to double check an issue he found with other homes in our area, he just wanted to double check to see if ours had the problem too. Just another reason why we are glad we hired Andy for our 30 day!

Being a first time home buyer (previously had an older style condo) we're unfamiliar with the PDI, 30 day review etc. Can someone, and it would be great to hear from Andy himself...detail the benefits of hiring a home inspector for our PDI, 30 day and 1 year inspection? Does Andy find issues that Mattamy has to correct themselves without additional cost to the owner? What kind of costs are associated with multiple home inspections? Thanks for any info provided.... |

Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Andy for doing our 1 yr inspection over the weekend. He was extremely patient in explaining all the details and terminology. He always made sure that we both understood his explanations before proceeding on. I was worried that it was going to be a quick walk through but Andy took the time to look at every little detail like it was his own home. Thank you again!! |
