Ok I give.......what does grill or rottis. got to do with you not liking dark meat ?? Either technique you cook the entire chicken not just the dark meat. |

I like rotisserie between the two choices. Personally, I like dark meat more than white meat. |

I like it the way you have been making them so far, it's more the Portuguese style of doing it, has a different flavour than a rotisserie chicken that you get anywhere else. Derek Lucyi wrote: please vote
