I think its odd that one of the most used corners in all of Milton (James Snow and Main) still is not completely developed. Does anyone know what / if there is a plan for the corner? I'm hoping for a Tim's and Pizza Pizza plaza.

Hi B_rad21

There is no current plans for the south-west corner of Main and James Snow Parkway. The property is owned by Cancast Ltd. which currently owns all the vacant lands south of Main St. between James Snow and Harris Blvd. There is no water or wastewater allocation for this property yet but I understand from presentations at public meetings that the owner is working on a mixed commerical/office/residential area for the corner possibly in 1-2 years.
