The release is not for Mattamy, it is for Feildgate, Greenpak and Arista in Milton!

Where is phase 3 located?

Its on the Hawthorne Vista side...Each builder released about 35 houses, all mixed, towns, semis 36, 38 and 43's detached...

I figured as much, but still don't see where.. I thought the land south of the channel on either side of Salvoline was Mattamy, but I could be wrong..

A friend just bought a house there today, their increases were less than Mattamy's and had a lot of incentives thrown in. Mind you the houses were higher than Mattamy's to begin with and seems like they will quickly go up. He said that they released a new price list a couple of hours into todays open with a $10,000 increase already on it. Meaning some people were Dow 10 grand just waiting for their number to be called.

The phase is the south side of Vista on savoline just west of their sales office. Mattamy doesn't really own anything north of Derry besides the current Vista phases in that area.

That explains all the work they have been doing south of pringle. I'm actually glad that Mattamy doesn't own this. The more builders crews, hopefully the sooner the entire area will be completed.

Hi Colin.

Just wondering how accurate these plans are? For instance just south of the proposed school and west of the storm water management pond near Savoline and Pringle there is supposed to be a park. Yet on the drawing it doesnt show any park just a village square now. Do you figure this is just a typo? Is the village square going to be on Savoline at Nunn court perhaps?

I think Village Square is a fancy name for Park. All Mattamy's Village Square's have a walking path, swings, slide play structure, picnic table with shelter and grass area for play.
