Does anyone know when the Milton Champion Newspaper will begin delivery in HVE Phase 4A?

Hi

Last time I called they told me that there were still a lot of construction vehicles in 4A and they wouldn't start delivery until the truck traffic slows down (the lady on the line told me it wasn't safe for their delivery personnel). I currently visit their office weekly to pick up my paper which is a little inconvenient!

You could always read it online. That's what I do with Halton Compass.

I really enjoy Milton Canadian Champion. If you know someone in the area who is willing to deliver, I am sure they'll be more open to starting the route.

Zeeshan Hamid.

I'm looking forward to it as well... not as much for the content (as I also read it online), more for the Canadian Tire flyers lol

Where can you pick up the Champion?

The Champion office is on Industrial Drive, near the bend on the east (I think it is) side of the street, where the old town hall building is. They have the paper available for pickup on Wednesday & Friday afternoons.

Wed. has the lowes, hd, rona, staples and some others. Friday has the grocery stores, wal-mart, electronics & furniture stores, and cdn tire flyers.

If you're only going one of the days, then Friday is the best day for flyers.

It took us over a year to get delivery. We were one of the first ones to move into our neighbourhood. We have been getting it delivered now since the summer and we still don't get all the flyers. Which annoys me cause that is one of my guilty pleasures as well. When I called they said that the stores need to catch up with the added circulation. Its been months though.

Hi there, just moved to Milton in a new development. Does anyone have the phone number for the Champion?

Google does. If you type in "Milton Canadian Champion Contact Us" it will give you the metroland.com page that provides the address and phone number. I'd explain how to get to Google but since you're on an internet forum, I'm guessing you're familiar with the search engine.
