Does anyone know how much did the Tothburg on McCutcheon went for? I believe it was listed for $640K... I called Minmaxx and they said that a Sales Agent will have to call you back with that info. and I am not in the mood to be talking to a Sales guy |

The person who answers the phone may not have the access or permission to give out that info. In the past when I called Real Estate offices (many years ago) I never got an immediate answer to a question from the receptionist, it was always someone will call you back. Btw you guys already live in a nice Tothburg! How many do you need? |

So, Rick, you did the trick! One of the Agents replied back and it went for $645K! I called MinMaxx couple of days ago and gave them my info but no one called back No intentions of buying another one but just like to stay informed. BTW, Winter Crescent is still my favourite street in Milton. Hey, have you been to the new Library, its nice and cozy! |

Yes, I was there last month. I had planned to go to attend the laurier lecture series they were hosting there but ended up arriving quite late and the lecture was already half over so instead just used the time to walk around the library.
I like it. Nice play area for kids, lots of computers & multimedia. The books there look so brand new! (Which I guess they are). Definitely a place I plan to start bringing Ryan in to visit as he gets older. I peaked in to the lecture through the window before I left. Got to see the back of Zeeshan Hamid's head as we was sitting inside attending. He has a lot more hair from that perspective |
