I heard TD bank is going in the North West lot, or the South West lot can't recall. If banks on both sides are happening, it'll be BMO or Scotia if anything as we got an RBC, CIBC coming to the shoppers plaza.

Hi Peter This retail area should be under construction later this spring with a bank, drive-through restaurant and mix of stores and offices. The site will look similar when completed to the other two Mattamy commercial areas at Derry & Trudeau and Derry & Holly which have similar corner sites. PLEASE ***DO NOT*** put Tim Hortons in there as the restaurant with drive-thru. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't want Scott & Derry to become a parking lot. Put a Starbucks there instead.

Put a Starbucks there instead. Plus there is already a Tim Horton's at bronte and derry ... not that that's ever stopped them before ... Maybe the drive through is the bank? o.O |

I'm thrilled to hear we are getting a TD in our neck of the woods!  Now as for the drive thru- is it definitely going to be a coffee joint? We need a fast food joint instead like a burger king or mcd's or a&w.
