Hello HVers,

I am in the market for a stroller. After spending much time on the internet, I found that there are some really, really cool ones out there!

I've narrowed it down to a few brands: Mutsy, Bugaboo, Quinny, I'Coo, and EasyWalker.

I am looking for one based on certain criterias: functionality (easy to maneuver, easy folding), light-weight, all-terrain (for rollerblading, hiking in the woods, beach, etc).

1. Does anyone here own or have any personal experience with any of the above strollers? Please list the make&model and tell me what you love or dislike about your stroller.

2. If you are or know anyone selling any of the above brands, please let me know. Also, please let me know of any stores you can recommend.

Thanks!

Hello - we have the Bugaboo for our little guy. Had it since he was born using the bassinet and now he's 18 months and we still take it with us.

It pushes really well and is light weight, and I liked how easy it was to change the direction the child was facing.

The only things I personally don't like with the Bugaboo is that the seat/bassinet has to be removed in order to collapse the stroller - which makes it a hassle at times when you want to put the stroller away quicking. The storage portion is located directly underneath the seat and gets in the way when trying to collapse the stroller so we ended removing it completely.

Other than that, the Bugaboo does the job for the basic trips - the pulling in the sand feature is great if you travel often, but we've never used it.

Good luck with finding a stroller.

Bugaboo rocks. To me its the most lightweight an maneuverable stroller.

That said, I don't think it will meet your requirement re roller blading. I would suggest a Bob/other jogging stroller for this task.

We have 3 strollers, Bugaboo Chameleon, the Bob and a cheapy umbrella stroller for trips. The best of all worlds :)
