I learned a few things about Mattamy houses when I did that one. Required a lot of troubleshooting skills and I am glad I had plenty of experience beforehand.

The garage doors are quite thin. Looked to be less than 1 cm thick.

There is very very little overhead room to install an opener and still have enough of an angle to open the door without hitting the rail.

Just something for other Mattamy homeowners to look out for. There may be other models with even less space above the door which may either require drastic measures to make one fit, or just not get an opener at all.

This is was in a semi-detached house with living space over the garage.
