I could go on and on about Mike Morgan (Re-Max), we used him to buy and sell and I would definitly recommend him to anyone. He knew what we wanted in a house and only sent us listings matching our criteria. When the house we are in now went on the market he called us right away said "meet me there it's exactly what you want". We did and we bought
