Hi

My driveway was paved about a year ago (probably less) by Mattamy. Is it covered under a warranty of any sort?

I am starting to notice major cracking.

Have they done your top coat yet. They usally do paving in two steps, first they will pave a base coat wait one year then pave the top coat. Check to see if your ashfault is flush with your garage floor. If there is a lip (1 or 2 inches) they will be back to pave again. If not go to the constuction office I'm sure they fix it for you if it has major cracking.
