Hi wondering If anyone knows .... I live in a new home (15 mths) and I am looking at getting fencing done , however we don't have any back neighbours yet.... And thE builder (valeri homes) has not even begun selling them yet.... Is there any recourse that can be done through the city for that back portion of the fence? Also what happens when I do have the fence put up.... Is there any precautions that need to be done / taken since we don't have a neighbour there? Any help / answers would be appreciated ? |

The town has more than likely not passed grading on your lot yet due to the homes behind you not being built. When Valerie homes ends up building your neighbors homes, I would say that there is a 90% chance that when they grade the property, they will want to remove your fence to do so. With that being said, your best bet is to contact the town to find out if your lot has passed the grading inspection yet. |

It may be possible to put up the two sides leaving the back open, then you can run the orange temp fencing along the back. |
