We are in phase 11 as well. Our closing was scheduled for June05. They actually called us to move it up to to May. I believe they are ahead for phase 11. Mattamy is pretty good when it comes to meeting the closing dates.

Our closing date is Jan 6 delayed from Dec 3. Only a couple more weeks to go :) We're on Hill street so just a couple of blocks over from you.
