i've been to a few different physios over the years (a couple injuries and a cronic neck problem) and i highly recomend Valarie at Advantage Physio (in the corner of the pizza hut plaza). she's the owner operator. she's only been open for a year or so, but she worked for years before that at university of guelph. i liked her because she seemed to use a variety of treatments and really tried to asses which treatment was working the best.

the facility is very up to date and everyone there is very friendly.
