i'm pretty sure its for people that have closed already. we closed this past february.

Man you missed out Joe, I believe there were at least two. Our closing was September last year and they held one November 5th.

I hope they have free Cervol window cleaning coupons again!!!

I think Mattamy owns tents. I think they set them up for the line ups. I assume there will be some set up in the event of rain.....

It was great!!!

A note to Mattamy people who monitor this site, You should include "Rain or Shine" on your invitation as I know a lot of people did not go because of the rain.

That just left more food and ballons for my kids!! (And me!)
