I dont know the answer to your post but i would include in your information if you have AC in your home and if you want to know what your bill would likely be on eqaul billing or not...that makes a difference.

check this post out for my billing history up until December 2005 for water and hydro together.

From Jan till March is was around 100-140 for hydro

From Jan till March gas varied from $120 to $160

I'll see if I can update my hydro/water post later.
