I'm not sure what peices you ordered. Did you just order the sofa or the set? That is a long sofa, most sofa's are around 84 -88 inches this one say's 95" plus it has a high back and it is a few inches deeper then most. The sofa will fit but if you purchase the love seat and chair, I don't think it will all fit. You have to also consider your living room also doubles as a hall. I would get the sofa delivered then think about what other piece you may want to go with it. After it has been delivered and you see what space is remaining. If the other piece's are to large. You can shop for one or two other small chairs to compliment the sofa after you have an idea of space. If you have access to the home then you can lay news paper down in the dimensions of your pieces. If you are not in the home, look at the space you are in now take a measuring tape and measure out your room size. Tape a line at 13 x 11 feet, then look at your measure your sofa and figure out the size difference between your old and your new. |

Wait would it look wierd if I put the love seat in front of the Long sofa. So on the floor plan where the dividing line is... thats where the loveseat would go. And the 2 side tables go on each end of the long sofa, so 1 on the left side, and 1 on the left side...... And then the mini sized chair goes where that little wall is. The little wall is where I WAS planning to put the loveseat. |

Have you consider moving your love seat into you master bedroom or a spare room? The sofa and the small chair and tables will probably be enough furniture for that room. Are you planing on fishing your basement? If you are you may want to consider purchasing another sofa and put 2 pieces in your rec room... |

| Post subject: | Measurements |
I agree with the post about taking measurements. Before you buy any furniture you should consider the dimensions on your floor plan. If you still have questions after that you can always hire a design consultant to help you furnish according to your layout. A decorator will help prevent you from spending money on furniture that may not fit in the end. |

A decorator will help prevent you from spending money on furniture that may not fit in the end. Hi, I purchased this set a year ago. I never knew I was going to make a move. |

Are you planing on fishing your basement? If you are you may want to consider purchasing another sofa and put 2 pieces in your rec room... Maybe your teen retreat! Two love seats and a coffee table would look nice. Or maybe just the love seat and a few leather bean bags and throw cushions and a desk? Hey that is not a bad idea... but also what did you think of the idea about moving the love seat to the dividing line on the floor plan. And the chair to the little wall? |

I don't see what it wouldn't fit. Should not be an issue. The question should be is how is that layout = 2975 sq ft? |

I think the chair on that wall will stick out to far. I think the chair just will look award either to squared against the wall and if you angle it it will stick out funny, but you could try. |

Stunned in a bad or good way? |
