Hello fellow Miltonians!
I wanted you all to be the first to know that I am holding an on-line cake / baked goods silent auction (with Rick's help, thanks for the awesome forum Rick!).
All proceeds will be going to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (by way of the CIBC Run for the Cure), a charity near and dear to to my heart.
As they say, "necessity is the mother of invention" and after 10 cake decorating classes (quite regularly involving actual cake) I had to find a better way to make use of my (fabulously delicious) creations or I will be the size of a house. And so the cake auction was born! Of course, wanting to capitalize on the exposure, I'm adding a few additional things to help increase the funds raised.
