I have a question: What happens at the structural appointment? Do we have to decide on all the upgrades or only ones that are structural in nature? We were contacted for an appointment for next month and nothing was received by mail so far. I am just worried that this one appointment will not be enough to make such serious decisions.

Please let me know. I just want a heads up!
