A couples of years ago we heard that the owner of Mattamy lived along Lakeshore and that he had a huge estate with a baseball diamond. I'm not sure how many homes there have baseball diamonds but I'm curious to know if this is indeed their estate. If so no wonder they charge us and arm and leg for all our upgrades!! Who knows though could have been a good rumor!! |

Yeah, but it only has 14 Acres. Imagine how much land you could buy around here for 2/3's of that price tag. Tim |

You're probably right in your first sentence. But I think either way, it's none of our business if the couple/people aren't public figures and are trying to retain some privacy. Wouldn't that house make a nice mega-design center? |

The Globe and Mail had a small article in the paper last week confirming it's Peter Gilgan's house. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/servlet/story/LAC.20060505.RHOUSE05/TPStory/TPBusiness/Ontario/ |

OK, it took me awhile, but I found it for you.
From this view 14 acres doesn't look like much! Tim |
