Can someone please tell me what exactly happens on your closing day.
Do you go to the lawyer pay up then go home and wait for the lawyer to call you and tell you that the keys are ready for pick up? What time was everyone called to tell you that you can go get your keys?

Im trying to figure out if I need to take a day off of work or not, I get off at 3:45...but i thought that i read somewhere that you have to get your keys before the construction office closes and i think that it closes at 4 and i correct????

We took off work in the morning, signed the papers and went to work. Found out something was wrong with the paper work, the bank resent the info to the lawyers and had to go back and get the papers signed again. Got our keys around 3pm or so.

Yes the Construction office closes around 4-4:30pm.

We left our number with the reception and they called us when the keys were ready.

PS don't forget to pick up your free stuff when you sign...I think it was Portobello's coupons, garden hose & lawn sprinkler.

Tim

Your free stuff was better than ours!

We got 2 stupid mugs!

We joke all the time - "Don't break that mug - it cost $150,000!!"

We would have preferred the coupons and something else more usefull to try the place out!

Laurie
