does anyone know if you can cencel a cogeco bundle before the 12 months are up of dont want one of thier services that is included in your bundle anymore? they have a bundle for phone, internet and cable for 94.00 for 12 months,,, if after 1 month i decide that i do not like thier phone service cound i cancel it or not b/c the bundle was for 12 months?

I finally got around to calling them today to ask about contract obligation. They said that they only service that you are bound to for the 12 months is the digital cable reciever box. If you get that then you are bound to keep it for the 12 month period. For everything else you can cancel at anytime.
For basic cable and standard internet they charge 99.00 install fee...for digital cable they charge 49.00

She did tell me that their services (internet and cable) will be going up 5.00 each next year so the bundle that is now 66.00 including tax for cable and internet will be 76.00 next year.

Adrienne,

I have had their digital phone service for about a month now and I haven't experienced any problems. I was a bit hesitant at first but I decided it was to much of a good deal to give up so we went along with it and I am happy that we did. We hear the occassional echoing but that's about it. Other than that it is great!
